February Monthly Meeting

Are you struggling to discover information about your female ancestors?  Laura Prescott, our February speaker, will give you some great tips on how to learn more about the women in your family line.

Spinsters and Widows:  Gender Loyalty Within Families

Laura is a professional researcher, writer and speaker.  Her qualifications include:

• Graduate of Dartmouth College
• Worked for NEHGS before starting her own research business
• Past president of the Association of Professional Genealogists
• Consultant for Fold3.

Laura will share with us suggestions and examples of resources that may help you break down some of your brick walls and hopefully discover names and relationships of these difficult to find women from the past.
