Society Speakers at Orleans History Program

The Lifetime Learning Program operated by the Friends of the Snow Library in Orleans will feature 4 members of the Cape Cod Genealogical Society as speakers in September and October, 2011. The course, entitled "CAPE COD FAMILIES: ORLEANS ORIGINAL SETTLERS", will focus on 4 specific surnames who were founding members of the town. The Topics, Speakers, and Dates are:

                                   The Snows--Bonnie Snow, September 22
                                   The Linnells--Dan McConnell, September 29
                                   The Hopkins--Stephen Hopkins, October 6
                                   The Sparrows--Don Sparrow, October 13.

All dates are Thursdays, and the time will be 3-4:30pm in the Snow Library, Main Street in Orleans.  Anyone interested is invited to sign up at the Library or register at their website, http://www.friendsofsnowlibrary.org/.  A donation of $10 is suggested for the course.
